Refreshing Watermelon Cooler

 



Watermelon is a sweet and refreshing low calorie summer snack. It provides hydration and also essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Watermelon is around 90% water, which makes it useful for staying hydrated in the summer. It can also satisfy a sweet tooth with its natural sugars.

There are five common types of watermelon: seeded, seedless, mini, yellow, and orange.

Let's start making our Watermelon Cooler !

When you buy a watermelon, ensure that it has a slightly discolor patch on it, preferably yellow.

Cut the watermelon in half.

Scoop out the watermelon into the jar.

Add some black salt.

Add few mint leaves and ginger.

TIP: Cut the ginger in smaller pieces to an easy blend.

Sieve the watermelon juice into a bowl 

Take a glass and to begin with, add some crushed ice

Pour the juice on the crushed ice

Add some soda.
I have used a lemon based soda. If you chose to put regular soda into your cooler, do add some lime juice to the drink.
 

Last, garnish with some fresh mint leaves.
