Shandar Shahi Paneer
Super rich in protein, having paneer for breakfast makes you feel full for longer.
It gets digested slowly and increases the amount of feeling full hormones like GLP-1, PYY and CCK.
Apart from protein, paneer is also rich in fat, iron, calcium and magnesium, which makes it an even healthier choice.
If you will eat paneer in a balanced way and at the right time it will make you fit and not fat.
Do not eat paneer before and after doing exercise as your body doesn't need fats.

The recipe has two parts :
☝Preparing the gravy
✌Preparing the paneer for the gravy
To begin preparing the gravy ..
> Grind tomatoes in a mixer.
> Cook with Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon and Cloves
> Strain the tomato gravy
> Add oil and butter to the kadhai
> Cook grated ginger and garlic
> Add the strained gravy
> Add Tomato Puree (tetra pack)
> Add Kasuri Methi
> Add sugar or honey for sweetness
> Add chopped green chilies and coriander - to finish the gravy ๐
๐For preparing the Paneer that goes in the gravy ..
> Make a paste by mixing - Lemon, Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Curd, Ginger Garlic paste and Garam masala powder
> Dip the paneer in the paste and sautรฉ in oil
> Add the cooked paneer gravy
> Add garam masala
> mix well with gently
To give it a beautiful color and texture - add Fresh Crรจme.
