Shandar Shahi Paneer

The recipe has two parts :

☝Preparing the gravy 

✌Preparing the paneer for the gravy 


To begin preparing the gravy ..

> Grind tomatoes in a mixer.

> Cook with Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon and Cloves  


> Strain the tomato gravy

> Add oil and butter to the kadhai

> Cook grated ginger and garlic 

> Add the strained gravy


> Add Tomato Puree (tetra pack)

> Add Kasuri Methi

> Add sugar or honey for sweetness

> Add chopped green chilies and coriander - to finish the gravy ๐Ÿ˜Ž


๐Ÿ’For preparing the Paneer that goes in the gravy ..

> Make a paste by mixing - Lemon, Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Curd, Ginger Garlic paste and Garam masala powder

> Dip the paneer in the paste and sautรฉ in oil

> Add the cooked paneer gravy

> Add garam masala

> mix well with gently


To give it a beautiful color and texture - add Fresh Crรจme.
