Masala Tinde
Praecitrullus fistulosus, commonly known as Tinda, also called Indian squash, round melon, Indian round gourd or apple gourd or Indian baby pumpkin.
Tinda is a famous nickname among Punjabi families in both India and Pakistan.
Tinda is also called "tindsi" in Rajasthan. In Marathi, it is called dhemase ढेमसे. in Hindi and Marathi also called "dilpasand" In Sindhi language, it is called meha.
In general, tinda is highly beneficial for promoting physical wellness and appearance of skin and hair. Besides enhancing the fitness traits in healthy individuals, round gourd is also routinely utilized in Ayurveda, as an effective home remedy for various ailments.

Once the onions are beautifully caramelized, we add tomatoes.
Let the tomatoes sauté for 4-5 minutes, before adding the masalas.
The main mantra is : Bhuno !
