Amazing Arbi !
๐Taro root in English, Arbi in Hindi, Chamadumpa in Telugu, this vegetable is known by various other names in different languages.
๐Lower sodium content also maintains fluid retention and kidney related problems.
๐The essential 17 amino acids in Arbi prevent cancers, cardiovascular and other diseases.
๐Arbi, when cooked, steamed or boiled has a sweet and nutty taste.
๐Low in fat and sodium, Arbi prevents high blood pressure and hypertension, which is commonly observed today in middle-aged groups.
๐The vegetable is tasty and goes well with dal but people suffering from gastric issues should not consume it, as it can cause bloatedness. However, you can use the below method and cook, as we will put some Ajwain while preparing, which will not cause gas. ๐
Let's begin...
Peel || Cut || Wash || Dry the Arbi
^ Add fried Arbi to the masala
^ Add Kasuri Methi
^ Mix it nicely and cover and cook until done !!
