Peel || Cut || Wash || Dry the Arbi

Ingredients

Fried Arbi || Ginger || Garlic || Green Chilies || Onion || Tomato || Coriander (garnish)
Ajwain || Salt || Kashmiri Red Chili Powder || Turmeric || Coriander Powder || Kasuri Methi


Steps to follow:

^ Heat oil in a Karai
^ Add Ajwain || Ginger || Green Chilies || Garlic
^ Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
^ Add chopped onions and salt
^ Cook for 4-5 minutes until brown
^ Add chopped tomatoes along with all the spices
^ Cook till the oil separates



^ Add fried Arbi to the masala
^ Add Kasuri Methi
^ Mix it nicely and cover and cook until done !!
